Survey, installation, and pricing
We offer a free, no obligation quotation and expert advice in the comfort of your home. After your initial contact, we book a convenient time and date for one of our team to visit. The survey takes around 30 minutes and, if your stairs are suitable, we provide a written quotation.
Unlike some providers we do not employ commission based salespeople. This cuts costs and we pass the savings on to you. We are engineers based in Central Scotland and, in most cases, the person who surveys your stairs will install your stairlift and service it too.
Although we mostly deal with brand new stairlifts, to make things as affordable as possible we also supply fully refurbished models that are inspected, serviced, and tested. Prices are clear, new from £1500, refurbished from £580, both supplied and fitted, refurbished models include a 12 month warranty. Typical installation times for straight stairlifts are around 90 minutes, curved installs take longer due to custom rail geometry.
