Budget Stairlifts Scotland carry out all manufacturer recommended service at specified intervals. A 24 hour call-out service is available to carry-out emergency repairs and to give free over the phone technical assistance.
Customer maintenance
Brooks and Acorn Stairlifts are maintenance free for the user, apart from rail cleaning with a duster or damp cloth once a week. The remote control battery should be changed as and when required.
Parts and repair can be expensive, and a yearly service visit can usually detect problems before they fail completely, keeping your lift in full working condition and minimising any loss of use of the stairlift.
